Terms of Service

Reme is a personal portfolio tracker for UAE property owners. It helps you record properties, expenses, and rental contracts, see estimated current values from Dubai Land Department open data, and stay on top of renewal and payment deadlines.

The Comps and AVM (Automated Valuation Model) figures are calculated from DLD’s public transaction feed. They are useful for orientation, not for closing. We do not guarantee accuracy and they should not be treated as a formal valuation, broker opinion of value, or financial advice.

Rent estimates use a band-based stub until Ejari data is integrated and are explicitly labelled as such in the app.

• One person per email address. You are responsible for any activity under your account.
• Sign in is by email one-time code. Keep access to that inbox secure.
• Don’t use the service to upload anything illegal, defamatory, or that infringes a third party’s rights.

• You own your data. We store it; we don’t resell it.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. We don’t verify purchase prices, mortgage balances, or tenancy terms.
• You can delete everything at any time via Account → Delete account.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may need to take the site down for maintenance, security or to address abuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reme is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or damages arising from reliance on AVM / rent / comps estimates. Our total liability for direct loss is capped at what you have paid us in the prior 12 months (which, on the free tier, is zero).

We may update these terms when the service changes materially. We’ll bump the “last updated” date and, for substantive changes, notify you in-app. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised terms.

You can stop using Reme any time and delete your account at Account → Delete account. We may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
